HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.
One private handoff.

The link goes in the conversation.
The information stays in the note.

01

Start with what you need to share.

Write a password, access code, API key, or short note. It’s encrypted in your browser before it’s stored. No account needed for a free note.

Use individual account access when you can. Share a credential only when necessary.
02

Send a link, not the secret itself.

Copy the link into your existing email or chat. Treat the complete link as sensitive: anyone who has it before your recipient can open the note.

With Plus, add a password and share it through a separate channel.
03

They open it. The hosted copy is deleted.

The recipient chooses to reveal the note. After it opens, the stored copy is deleted. If a note is never opened, its expiration removes it.

A recipient can still copy or screenshot the content. Only send to people you trust.

Try it with something harmless.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you send.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. A recipient opens the link in their browser. Free senders don’t need an account either.

Does a one-time note prevent screenshots?

No. A recipient can copy, photograph, or save what they see. One-time sharing limits how long the hosted note stays available. It does not control the recipient’s device.

What does the password option add?

The note asks for a password before it opens. Share that password through a separate channel you trust.

Are there ads on the free plan?

No. Gliiph is ad-free, including free notes and public guides. Paid upgrades support the product.

Is this a password manager?

No. Gliiph is for a one-time handoff. Use individual accounts or a password manager when you need ongoing access and control.
